What are the Fehmarnbelt Days?

Fehmarnbelt Days – A forum for interested parties, an open platform – ready for your suggestions!

Fehmarnbelt Days is a broad platform for stakeholders (including the interested public) from all over the emerging Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond to exchange ideas and experiences, to discuss key issues and further cross-border collaboration. We want to develop growth potential for the Fehmarnbelt Region – seize the opportunities and understand possible obstacles.

Since 2012 the Fehmarnbelt Days have dealt with key areas such as infrastructure, tourism, business, the labour market, transport and logistics as well as education and research.

So don’t forget to take part in this cross-thematic event, which takes place every two years. An event for all activities in the corridor between northern Germany and southern Sweden – and beyond!

FehmarnBelt Days 2023 in Rødbyhavn, Denmark was the sixth time Fehmarnbelt Days is held. In 2012, the conference was held in Lübeck, Copenhagen hosted in 2014, Hamburg in 2016, and most recently Malmö hosted in 2018. Fehmarnbelt Days was originally scheduled to be held in May 2020 in Weißenhäuser Strand, but due to Corona, this was postponed to 2021 and held virtually.
