Welcome Barbecue – Sunday Evening June 11th
7.00 pm to 10.00 pm
On Sunday evening June 11th, from 7 pm to 10 pm, the Fehmarnbelt Days will host a free welcome barbecue for all registered conference participants. The hosts will welcome you and introduce you to the program of the follwing day – the conference day. Feel free to join us if you already arrive the day before the conference to visit the Fehmarnbelt Days Citizens’ Day on June 11th.
Conference Dinner – Monday Evening June 12th
6.30 pm to 11.00 pm
On Monday evening June 12th, the Fehmarnbelt Days will conclude with an exclusive dinner in beautiful settings at Engestofte Gods. While you reflect on the Fehmarnbelt Days with other participants the tremendous team at Engestofte Gods will serve you a three course menu.
To make commuting easy, shuttle busses between the partner hotels and Engestrofte Estate will be provided. All conference participants are welcome to sign up for the Monday conference dinner. Please note that a fee of 50 Euros will be charged to sign up for this conference dinner.
Welcome drinks at Engstofte Gosd will be served from 6.30 pm and the dinner will be served at 7.30 pm. The dinner concludes at 11.00 pm.
