Conference Fehmarnbelt Days 2021

Due to the dynamic development of protection against coronavirus infections in Germany and Scandinavia, the organizers of the Fehmarn Belt Days 2020 have decided to postpone the festival on May 17, 2020 and the conference on May 18, 2020 in Weissenhäuser Strand to May 30 & 31, 2021.

The programme of the Fehmarnbelt Days 2021 will again be an orchestration of a number of different offers ranging from conferences, specific thematic seminars or workshops.

  • expert conference with around 600 participants from the entire Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond
  • programme addresses action-oriented exchange on sustainable development of regions across borders
  • deliver concrete implementation-oriented impulses for society and region

In connection with the festival day on Sunday, the conference will take place at the same location with around 600 participants from all over the Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond. The programme will address an action-oriented exchange on sustainable development of regions across borders. The event formats will be integrated and result-oriented. The conference provides an opportunity to inspire decision-makers while inviting them to embrace challenges distilled out of society. Citizens’ participation and input will be integrated into the design.

That’s what the conference wants to achieve:
