/ The main focus of the HanseBelt Lounge will be to point out the crucial factors of a modern corporate culture and why such a culture is needed to attract and retain the right employees in the company. The eminent factors will be discussed as the participants will get an insight in different ways of practice.
The Slot starts with a short introduction into the differences of German and Nordic Culture and Values and how that effects the corporate culture and daily work life. After showing different practical examples, the crucial factors will be discussed and time is given to exchange own experiences.
