Baltic Science Network
/ Baltic Science Network establishes a political coordination framework for joint BSR higher education and science & research policy. BSN provides a macro-regional framework for more efficient and strategic BSR science policy that will help to increase the research and innovation performance and the competitiveness of the region. BSR Stakeholders will discuss in a panel benefits and barriers of the macro-regional dimension of science policy.
