Over the next days, the documentation of the Fehmarnbelt Days will grow. We hope to receive as many as possible of the presentations given in the number of different conferences, workshops and seminars. You will find all the material we received on the subsites of the event you are interested in.

For now, we would also like to draw your attention to the FBD Storify, which is a web-collage of tweets and news giving brief impressions of the Fehmarnbelt Days. Storify Fehmarnbelt Days 2016

What are the Fehmarnbelt Days?

A forum for interested parties, an open platform – ready for your suggestions!

For three days, the Fehmarnbelt Days provide a broad platform for stakeholders (including the interested public) from all over the emerging Fehmarnbelt Region and beyond to exchange ideas and experiences, to discuss key issues and further cross-border collaboration. We want to develop possible growth opportunities of the emerging Fehmarnbelt Region – seize the possibilities and understand possible obstacles.

The Fehmarnbelt Days deal with key areas such as infrastructure, tourism, business, the labour market, transport and logistics as well as education and research. The Fehmarnbelt Days will also host and be accompanied by a variety of social and cultural events.
In order to adequately represent all interested actors and bodies in this issue of the Fehmarnbelt Days, we have also involved eighteen activity partners, fifteen exhibitors and a significant group of sponsors who want to strengthen and debate the emerging region as well as its implications under the umbrella of this international conference.

The Fehmarnbelt Days 2016 have been held in Hamburg on 20 – 22 September at the HafenCity University Hamburg. However, the networking and connecting continues!

Participation

Activity Partner

The so-called FBD activity partners use the Fehmarnbelt Days (FBD) to pursue their own activities within the context of the joint FBD forum. This results in an enhanced visibility of their specific activity and extends the sphere of influence beyond the usual target group. Hence, this is the perfect opportunity to obtain the attention of people from different sectors and a varying background.

In a very practical sense, the added value of becoming an FBD Activity Partner is the possibility to use the organizational platform as well as the extended forum of the FBD. …read more
